  1. Don't offer a refund to your customers and then ghost them...

    TicketTannoy has scammed me out of a refund. They sent communications promising a refund to anyone who had purchased at ticket to a festival, which was postponed due to COVID-19. It has been over 2 months since I requested the refund, and right after providing the required details to process the transaction, they've simply stopped replying to messages and are refusing to give the refund.

  2. Ask for a name to issue the ticket it!

    I just paid for the ticket and I'm not going to attend the event - why is my name on the ticket?
