I didn't receive my ticket confirmation email, what should I do?

This will not be an issue.  You can always access and print your purchased tickets directly for your account Order History.

Hotmail have very strict junk mail policies - to prevent this from occurring again please just add tickets@tickettannoy.com to your contacts or white list.  Any future ticket confirmations and ticket link emails will then appear directly in your inbox.

Please find below instructions for accessing your ORDER HISTORY

ACCESSING & PRINTING YOUR TICKETS VIA YOUR TICKET TANNOY ACCOUNT

1. Go to www.tickettannoy.com and log in using your registered email and password.
2. Once logged in - Click on your MY TT ACCOUNT tab in the page header.
3. Select MY TICKETS.
4. Click the  'Print & View' link on the ticket(s) in question. This is a text link that can be found below each ticket.
5. Click the Red PRINT button in the top left hand corner.
